Two Wave / Double Wave Beam Guard Rail is a semi rigid barrier, popularly used as highway safety barrier system applied in eliminating the threat from roadside hazards.

The Double Wave Beam Metallic Guard Railings is a type of guardrail designed. It is made up of two w-shaped galvanized steel beams that are connected using posts and a top rail. The two beams create an angular barrier that prevents vehicles from driving over the edge. The main specifications and dimensions are: Total length: 2,500mm; Top rail height: 812mm; Post spacing: 3m; Bottom rail height: 154mm; Beam width: 200mm; Beam thickness: 5mm.

Applications

The double wave steel plate beams are installed and fixed along the highways, dock areas, aisles, especially on curves and slopes for protection against run-off-road collisions. Using the double wave or two wave beam guardrail can absorb the crash energy, reduce risk and the deformation of the impacting vehicles.

Connection of the beam to the post 55x50x55 mm. Metallic connection parts are hot deeped galvanized. The weight of the connection element is around 1100 gr. The thickness is 3 mm.
