  Expressway Guardrails
 
 
 
Guardrails, expressway guardrails are used for traffic safety purpose. W beam and thrie beam are available. Finishes of expressway guardrails are normally hot dipped galvanized.
 

General Technical Information:
1. W-Beam (thrie-beams are also available)
2. Base steel: Q235 (S235JR / ASTM A283M) or Q345 (S355JR / ASTM A529M 1994)
3. Norma specification: 380*85*2.75/3/4*4128/4320mm or 306*80*2.75/3/4*4300mm
3. Hot dipped galvanized finish or powder coated.
4. Zinc coating thickness (double sides): 550 g/m2 (40µ) / 1100 g/m2 (80µ) / 1200 g/m2 (85µ)
5. Relevant parts required for guardrails: post, spacer (C, U and Sigma types etc) and fasteners
6. Other special specification as per client's requirement or drawings.
 
We can manufacture W Beam (Profile A), Profile B, and different types of steel posts (C Posts, U Posts, Sigma Posts) and blocks, we can also supply bolts, nuts and washers, reflector, cat's eye, and relevant components, etc.
